Blackbird Foods Recipe

Makes 2 large salads

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack 8oz Blackbird Original Crispy Tofu

  • ¼ cup Buffalo Sauce

  • 4 cups Crispy Lettuce

  • ½ cup Heirloom Tomato or Cherry Tomatoes, roughly chopped

  • ½ or 1 Avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 cup Vegan Ranch

  • Optional: Large Flour Tortillas, chopped Cucumbers

METHOD

  1. Air fry the Blackbird Original Crispy Tofu at 400°F for 4–5 minutes, until warm and crispy. Toss in Buffalo sauce.

  2. Build the salads starting with crispy lettuce on the bottom, Buffalo Crispy Tofu, chopped tomatoes, avocado slices, and a drizzle of vegan ranch to finish.

  3. Optional: Turn this into a Buffalo Tofu Wrap with a large flour tortilla!
