Blackbird Foods Recipe

Makes 2 large bowls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack 8oz Blackbird Original Crispy Tofu

  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice, cooked

  • Red Cabbage, chopped

  • Cucumber, sliced

  • 1 Avocado, sliced

  • ¼ cup Vegan Mayo

  • 1 ½ tablespoon Sriracha

  • 1 ½ tablespoon Thai Chili Sauce

  • ½ teaspoon Rice Vinegar

  • Green Onions, chopped

  • Sesame Seeds

METHOD

  1. Cook the jasmine rice per package instructions.

  2. In a small bowl, mix vegan mayo, Sriracha, Thai chili sauce, and rice vinegar. Set aside the Bang Bang sauce.

  3. Air fry the Blackbird Original Crispy Tofu at 400°F for 4–5 minutes, until warm and crispy. Toss in half of the Bang Bang sauce.

  4. Build the bowls by layering jasmine rice as the base. Top the center with Bang Bang Tofu, then arrange the red cabbage, sliced cucumbers, and avocado around it in sections. Drizzle with the remaining Bang Bang sauce and finish with green onions and sesame seeds.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
