How to prepare Blackbird seitan

AIR FRy
For Wings:
Air fry for 8-10 minutes at 400°F.
Flip Wings halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
Pieces are ready when golden brown and crisp.
For Seitan:
Air Fry for 4-5 minutes at 350°F, flipping halfway through or until lightly crispy.
Recipe Suggestion: Serve with a salad or grain bowl.
sauté
For Seitan:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Seitan and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Recipe Suggestion: Serve with a stir-fry bowl.
GRILL
For Seitan:
Heat grill to medium-high.
Place 4-5 pieces of seitan per skewer and grill for 4 minutes per side or until lightly charred.
Recipe Suggestion: Serve with rice and veggies.
oven bake
For Seitan:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
On a large sheet pan, spread out the veggies. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Add the seitan to the pan. Toss gently with veggies, adding additional oil if desired.
Roast for another 10–15 minutes, until veggies are tender and seitan is golden on the edges.
Recipe Suggestion: Serve over rice or quinoa.
