Blackbird Foods Recipe

Makes 8 Tacos

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 Small Corn Tortillas (Double Tortillas)

  • 8oz package Blackbird Sausage 

  • 1 Ripe Avocado 

  • 1/2 cup Pico de Gallo (Store Bought)

METHOD

  1. Individually warm Tortillas in hot pan with a little bit of oil, set aside

  2. Lightly sauté Sausage in same pan

  3. Assemble: Layer 2 tortillas, mash a small amount of Avocado on top, then add Sausage and finish with Pico de Gallo, serve immediately
