Air Fried Seitan Lunch Bowl

INGREDIENTS
For the Seitan Marinade…
- 1 8oz Box of Original Seitan, cut into 1’’ pieces 
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (or Coconut Aminos) 
- 1 tsp Agave 
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil 
- 1 tsp Spicy Chili Crisp 
- 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar 
Serve with…
- ½ cup Cooked Rice 
- ¼ cup Kimchi 
- 1 package of Seaweed Snacks 
- Sesame Seeds for garnish 
METHOD
- Mix marinade ingredients and add seitan, rest in fridge for 30 minutes 
- Remove seitan from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Save marinade liquid. Place seitan in preheated air fryer and cook at 350 for 10 minutes, flipping pieces halfway through. 
- Place marinade into a small pan and bring to a simmer, once seitan is cooked, add to pan and toss to coat evenly 
- Serve over rice with kimchi and seaweed, garnish with sesame seeds
