Blackbird Chili Lime Seitan Tacos

Makes 4 Tacos
INGREDIENTS
1 pack 8oz Blackbird Chili Lime Shredded Seitan
4 small flour tortillas
2 radishes, thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (remove seeds for less heat)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Optional: lime wedges, vegan sour cream, avocado slices
METHOD
Warm Blackbird Chili Lime Seitan Shreds in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until slightly crisped.
Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or wrap in foil and warm in the oven for 2–3 minutes.
Divide seitan evenly among tortillas. Top with radishes, jalapeño slices, and chopped cilantro.
Squeeze fresh lime over the top and add optional toppings like vegan sour cream or avocado.
