INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large Tortilla Wrap

  • 2 tbsp (Any) Plant Based Buffalo Sauce 

  • Tomato, sliced

  • Romaine Lettuce, chopped

  • Red Onion, sliced

  • 1-2 tbsp Plant Based Ranch

METHOD

  1. Lightly sauté Blackbird Original Seitan in oil until brown on both sides, remove from pan and shred, then toss in buffalo sauce 

  2. Assemble your ingredients in a Tortilla Wrap by first adding Ranch, then Plant Based Cheese, chopped Romaine Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, and lastly Seitan 

  3. Close Tortilla and place back on back seam side down to seal closed

  4. Slice and serve with extra Ranch for dipping
