INGREDIENTS

For the Patties…

  • 4oz Black Beans, rinsed, drained and smashed 

  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed

  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 

  • 1 tsp Plant-Based Worcestershire Sauce (or substitute)

  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder 

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

For Topping…

  • Sliced Tomato

  • Plant-Based Cheddar Cheese

  • Sliced Iceberg Lettuce

  • Sliced Red Onion

  • Plant- Based Mayonnaise 

  • Ketchup

  • Mustard 

  • Hamburger Rolls

ASSEMBLY

  1. Combine burger ingredients in a bowl and form into large patties. Grill or sauté until browned on both sides and slightly crispy.

  2. Serve as desired with toppings + sauces
