Blackbird Chili Lime Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 8oz pack of Blackbird Chili Lime Seitan 
- 5 Corn Tortillas 
- 1 Avocado 
- 1 Cup purple shredded cabbage 
- 1/2 Cup black beans 
- 1 Green bell pepper 
- 1/2 Cup slide cherry tomatoes 
- 1 Cup cooked rice 
- 3 Tablespoon vegetable oil 
- Salsa of your choosing 
Directions
- Heat skillet with light oil, Add 8oz packet of chili lime seitan. 2 mins on each side (until crispy). 
- In a separate pan, add sliced bell pepper, tomatoes, oil, and salt to taste 
- Heat tortillas in the oven or on the stove 
- Assemble tacos with a layer of rice, seitan, peppers, tomato, black beans, avocado, and cabbage. Drizzle with salsa of choice.
